We are looking for a warm and friendly personality with a passion for health and wellness that will handle incoming calls and respond to incoming emails as well as help take incoming payments.

Your role:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails
• Schedule & Update Client Bookings using our CRM Software
• Return missed calls and voice messages
• Conduct Soft Consultations and answer questions to potential clients
• Send Follow Up Emails & Take Payments over the phone
• Occasional research may be required

Requirements:

• Experience as a Nutritionist/ dietician / personal trainer / life coach/ naturopath would be a major asset
• Great Phone and Communication Skills
• Ability to soft sell over the phone
• Strong Multitasker
• Experience working with Excel & CRM's would be an asset

Work remotely (for now)

• This job would require you to work remotely however you will need to attend our locations daily during training and will be required to cover shifts occasionally in person as well as attend all staff meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
• receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
