The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to maximize sales/profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for a Sales Supervisor is 18 or 21 depending on the location.
