Compensation and Benefits:

• We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a total hourly value of $29 - $45 per hour as a starting point.

• True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 7 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.

Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.

Experience:

1st year Apprentice: You are new to the trade – welcome to your new career – no prior experience is required.

2nd year Apprentice: 1 - 2 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 1 plumbing technical training.

3rd year Apprentice: 2 - 3 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 2 plumbing technical training.

4th year Apprentice: 3 - 4 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 3 plumbing technical training.
