This position will be based out of North York, Ontario and will be assisting with our Operations and HR teams such as onboarding and day-to-day coordination of Human Resources and Operations processes and activities. This is a temporary co-op position.

Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in College or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law Enforcement, or any related field.
  • Good academic standing required.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • It's very important to always maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Conflict-management ability to help settle possible queries.

Operational/HR Systems Administration and Reporting

  • Conduct routine transactions using our HRIS and Workforce management software
  • Pre-screen/schedule interviews
  • Scheduling and coordinating with staff
  • Assisting with KPIs/Reporting

Other duties as assigned may include.

  • Coordination of meetings, training sessions, and events

Drafting and communication of organizational announcements, including arrivals, transfers, and new and recurring initiatives

Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available, occasional weekends may be required.

The position is starting from June 2023 to August 2023

Pay rate: This is an unpaid Co-op position.
