Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.

Our Internal Firm Services are professionals who provide strategic advice to our business leaders. This empowers our business and helps us work collaboratively on strategies, solutions and programs that support the firm.

The Human Capital Service Center (HCSC) is a bilingual and transactional team that provides efficient, effective support for all areas of Human Capital and the business in executing Human Capital related transactional and administrative activities. The Team functions as a primary HC point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HC protocols and guidelines.

This position reports to the Manager, HCSC Administration and will liaise with the HCSC team within HC Services along with various other HC teams and Payroll.

Meaningful work you´ll be part of

As a HCSC Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for providing front-facing support to routine questions, completed inquiries and transactional support to HC processes firmwide working in collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HCBP), Centres of Excellences and various other teams.

  • Scope of support includes Core HR, Disability administration, Benefits administration, Leaves, Offboarding, Global Mobility administration, Campus Recruitment administration, Learning & Development administration, and Data Management & Reporting.

  • Act as next level support for query resolution and complex inquiries from the HC Call Centre.

  • Deliver standardized processes for HC transactional service delivery by applying principles, frameworks and governance.

  • Understand the full range of HC processes and programs available to our people

  • Stay current with laws, regulations and our firm policies relating to HC.

  • Collaborate with various teams to respond to ongoing queries and issue resolution.

  • Work closely with the HC Technology Team (HCT) on supporting HC systems and technical escalations.

  • Liaise with BAO regarding Workday configuration as needed

  • Liaise with HR colleagues from the HCBP and Professional HC Services Team to effectively enable HR operations.

  • Project assistance as required, and other duties as assigned.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Technical knowledge including experience with HRIS - Workday experience is an asset but not required.

  • Experience in an HC environment, or experience in an administrative or coordinator role. Benefits administration experience is an asset.

  • Bilingual in French and English, written and verbal considered an asset.

  • Strong relationship building skills and focus on customer service with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within the Firm including leadership.

  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, time management and listening skills.

  • Well developed written communication skills.

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and Ability to review own work for accuracy and completeness..

  • Ability to deal with a large number of competing activities/tasks with changing priorities.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands and pressures, performing under time constraints to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

  • The ability to communicate effectively, consult with others, build relationships, facilitate group discussions, and understand change management.

  • Excellent judgment and strong problem solving skills.

  • Professionalism and integrity.

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation complete or in progress is preferred.

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives are heard
