QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Success as a Customer Experience Manager, as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a retail ladies apparel environment in a specialty retail chain or a department store.
Passionate on fashion; up on all the latest trends.
Love serving and building a fashion clientele.
A believer in building a clientele based on client knowledge and understanding each client's unique fashion needs.
Proven leadership and success coaching and developing others.
COMPENSATION:
Excellent base salary - commensurate with experience, plus incentive and benefits.
