You’ll be engaged with inside retail sales of sleep products, and with providing outstanding professional service to our customers.

This is a full-time commission-based career opportunity, with an hourly salary guarantee.

Sales Responsibilities

• Driving sales to meet or exceed budgets
• Executing the company’s selling program
• Providing excellent customer service during and after the sale
• Ongoing internal sales training and development
• Participating in company/vendor sales training classes to remain current on products, offerings, and programs
• Learning about, embracing, and informing customers about emerging sleep technology

Store Execution

• Following the opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring corporate expectations are followed
• Managing merchandise through unloading, receiving, putting away, and loading mattresses and accessories
• Communicating with management
• Assisting in the administrative functions of the store
• Completing projects and assignments as requested by the store manager
• Creating positive and lasting relationships with our vendors

Store Merchandising

• Ensuring merchandise and POP are current and displayed appropriately
• Ensuring consistency of store pricing
• Managing the movement of damaged, discontinued, and slow-moving merchandise

• You pass a background check (based on our criteria)

COVID-19 considerations:
We go above and beyond local regulations including the use of disposable mattress protectors for all guests. We also sanitize touch points frequently throughout the day.

• Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
