The Business Analyst will be expected to:
· Gather and document business requirements (insight into stakeholders, applications and reports) by performing elicitation and coordination tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
· Develop and manage project estimates and timelines for business analysis efforts.
· Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis, including interdependencies.
· Document current and future state solution definitions.
· Lead requirement gathering sessions for the design and development of the application.
· Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and test cases in coordination with business and technical teams.
· Participate in technical solution discussions to enable sustained focus on business requirements.
· Support project coordination activities to ensure effective communication and implementation outcomes.
· Identify business and technical risks and issues associated with the implementation of outcomes.
· Produce and manage business analysis documentation according to internal standards.
· Other work packages, tasks and duties as assigned.

Salary: $67.00-$77.00 per hour
