The individual we seek will have a successful track record in retail fashion management with 3 or more years of retail fashion management experience. He/she will be able to describe his/her challenges and successes in leading and coaching a team, serving a fashion clientele and growing sales. Success as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a retail ladies apparel environment in a specialty retail chain or a department store.

Love serving and building a fashion clientele.

A believer in building a clientele based on client knowledge and understanding each client's unique fashion needs.

Proven leadership and success coaching and developing others.

COMPENSATION:
Excellent base salary - commensurate with experience, plus incentive and benefits.
